Our traditional English Afternoon Tea welcomes hundreds of visitors for tea, scones, and other treats. This annual event has raised over $70,000 for local outreach missions.

“The Parish has received thank you letters from Our House and DEAM for the donations following the English Tea. Our House said, in part, “Having the continued support from the Holy Trinity Church allows us to impact the lives of metro Atlanta families through housing services and employment training. … We are most grateful for friends like you!” DEAM said, in part, “Your contribution is making a difference with food, utility and prescription assistance for the needy citizens of DeKalb County. … You all are GREAT. Many, many thanks for your continued and generous support of our ministry.” These letters will be posted so that you may read them in their entirety. Thank you again for all the support to make the English Tea a success.”

Funds from ticket sales are donated to Decatur area outreach ministries. Over the last 16 years, the organizers have contributed more than $70,000 to nonprofits such as Decatur Cooperative Ministries, the Decatur Emergency Assistance Ministry (DEAM)Our House, and Hagar’s House.
