Room Reservations

Holy Trinity is a popular venue, and spaces are often claimed months in advance. When planning an event or meeting, make it a top priority to check on the availability of your preferred space(s). You must have your venue reserved and confirmed by Sarah before submitting an announcement for Parish Matters.

Announcement Deadlines

  • Announcements for the printed bulletin are due by 11:00 a.m. Monday for the following Sunday
  • Announcements for E-NewsWeb siteFacebook page, and/or Twitter feed require two business days’ notice.

If the form does not work for you, or if you need to include special formatting or information, email HTP Communications Minister Amanda Vaughn.

The HTP Web site hosts volunteer signup forms. If you need one for your event, contact Amanda.

Submit an Announcement
Please include at least the full name and email of the contact person(s) to be included in the announcement. Phone number is optional.

All Event submissions must include the following:

  • Start/end date
  • Start/end time
  • Venue
    • Venue name and address
    • If the event takes place at HTP, please indicate the room
  • Cost
    • There are no word limits for the Web site
    • Descriptions will be edited to a maximum of 75 words for Parish Matters and E-News
    • Please do not write in the first person (singular “I, me” or plural “we, us”). Thank you.
If you would like to include an image with your announcement on the Web site, upload a JPG or PNG. If you do not include an image, you can either include a description of what you would like in the Announcement Text, or you can trust Al to find an appropriate image. Include only photos or artwork that you or HTP have permission to use.
