Wrap up a great week of Earth Day celebrations with Bike Solar in Decatur!  Meet us at Holy Trinity Parish  on Sunday, April 24,  for a bike ride! Parishioners from Holy Trinity will be leading two bike rides to several solar arrays in the Decatur area.

Local business owner Pat Murphy will talk about East College Station’s solar installation and how he uses solar in his developments. Some other stops along the way  will include arrays at Agnes Scott College, Decatur Fire Station #2, and several others. We will also have a tour of the Paideia School’s geothermal installations as well as the sustainable congregation of Berea Mennonite Church & Oakleaf Farm in South Dekalb.

After the two rides, one 5 miles and one  17 miles, we will share in an Interfaith Earth Day blessing and refreshments on the plaza under the solar array of Holy Trinity Parish.
